The 2017 Bishop Shiraz combines blueberry and boysenberry fruit on the nose, and flavors from the fruit flow easily across the palate, picking up hints of raspberries and baking spices. It's medium to full-bodied, supple and juicy, with a long, mouthwatering finish."

Bishop fremstilles 100% af Shiraz fra 35 og 120 år gamle vinstokke plantet i det eksklusive Ebenezer-distrikt i Barossa Valley. Vinen er lagret 16 måneder på fade af fransk (90%) og amerikansk eg (10%). Duften byder på klingende rene toner af blåbær og solbær med et let strejf af mørk chokolade og vanille.
