At White Labs Copenhagen, yeast is the star of the show, and we are privileged to have such a high quality supplier right on our doorstep. It certainly helps that we are also friends, so inviting George & Tim to brew a beer with us was an easy decision. Inspired by the innovative West Coast brewers of modern American Pilsner, we created a hoppy & bitter version that is easy-drinking, and bursting with bubblegum & pomelo rind flavours. This was achieved by fermenting with WLP-830-O German Lager Yeast, of course from the marvellous folks at White Labs."
