Efter en første lagring i Bourbon-fade på destilleriet i 11 år, kom rommen med til Château de Bonbonnet i Frankrig, hvor en anden lagring i Borderies X.O cognacfade fra Maison Ferrand i 1 år fandt sted.

Og til sidst en finish (modning) i Palo Cortado-fade i 4 måneder.

Nose : Fruity on pear, mandarin jam, grapefruit zest and dried apricot. Spicy notes of pepper, cloves, cinnamon, anis and pistachio with oxidative and vinous touches of the palo cortado.

Palate : Well balanced between the rum, oak and the sherry on chocolate, almond, cherry, blueberry, banana, bitter orange and some elegant rose notes.
